By booking an ATC Galapagos cruise with us, you are agreeing to the following general terms and conditions:

If passengers get infected with COVID-19. In case of families or

couples, this applies for any member of the group.

* We will allow passengers to reschedule to a future date without rates increase (under 30 days prior to departure)
* We will allow passengers to cancel without penalty fees due to the situation (31 or more days prior to departure)

If passengers ‘suspect’ they have COVID-19

but it is not confirmed

* We will require passengers to take a COVID-19 test first before we are able to allow them to reschedule or cancel without penalties. If they receive a negative test, we would apply cancellation fees in case they do not want to travel, as per our standard policies.
If the test gives positive, we will apply policies as for all other infected passengers.

If passengers get denied to travel due to being infected

and did not know.

* We will allow passengers to reschedule to a future date without rates increase.
At time of traveling to Ecuador.

In case borders are closed, flights are cancelled,

or quarantines are needed. Either at departure

point or in Ecuador

In case we need to cancel a departure before it starts

due to any reasons related to COVID-19

* We will allow passengers to reschedule to a future date without rates increase.
* We will allow passengers to cancel without penalty fees due to the situation.
* We won’t be able to pay for additional fees such as flights, changes in schedule, or reschedules to other yachts outside of ATC Cruises.

In case we need to stop a departure DURING a cruise

due to any cases related to COVID-19

* We will give a partial refund to passengers affected, but not in full.
* We will allow passengers to reschedule to a future date paying just the difference for the new cruise.
* We won’t be able to pay for additional fees such as flights, changes in schedule, or other costs.

We are doing our utmost to also get the most flexible conditions for land arrangements, your destination specialist will inform you about specific conditions during the quoting process to make sure all terms are clear and accepted before confirming any services.
